Sheets and cover were not changed from previous guest. I saw hair and stains on the sheet. No soap was refilled upon checking in. When you do call front desk for a request, they will acknowledge but will not deliver.

Room was average, there were stuff falling apart or dirty(shower handle kept falling off holder, floors were not cleaned before we checked in, bedside tables dirty). Housekeeping did not come until 4 days into our stay.

The location is great, close to the beach and far from the parties in South Beach, with good restaurants options nearby and the free trolley to South Beach nearby. Great amenities, with free yoga class, a welcome drink, free bike rentals and nice pool. I had a delicious caesar salad in the restaurant too and love that Starbucks is right there. And the team is truly amazing, especially Henrique, Anthony, Nina and the gentleman at the restaurant!!! Luxury service level! They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was very pleasant. We had a conference there and every thing was perfect!

EVERYTHING WAS NICE! They provided bike rentals, my first night we rode bikes up and down Collins Ave. There is a Liquor store 24 hour Subway across the street. They provided beach chairs & towels. Me and my fianc enjoyed spending time on the 3rd floor terrace! It was so peaceful we even napped out there. We didn't get a chance to enjoy the rooftop pool. Will be going back!
Negatives:
All the extra fees and deposit they don't tell you about until you arrive there. I wasn't aware and had to pay an extra $180.
