Cancellation Policy

If you do not check in to the hotel on the first day of your reservation and do not alert the hotel in advance, the hotel reserves the right to cancel your reservation and you may be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 3 days prior to arrival date will incur the full period charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given (Property policy).

Photo Policy

The reservation holder must present a valid photo ID and credit card at check-in. The credit card is required for <b>the mandatory fee listed above as well as</b> any additional hotel incidental charges such as parking, phone calls or minibar charges which are not included in the room rate.

Please note Beachside Apartment Hotel has several locations. The credit card used for booking must be the same card presented for payment at check-in. Please note guests traveling with pets will be required to provide an additional pet deposit of 250 USD per pet at check-in. The deposit must be paid with a credit card and will be refunded at check-out subject to a successful damage inspection. Pets must be accompanied and leashed at all times. Pet weight limit is 25 lbs.
