Positives: hotel was located close to the Centre of the town and the beach also many mercantile facilities including grocery and restaurants as well as access to public Trasport. rooms were fairly ok. oher guest stayed were respectful.

Negatives: Terrible customer service of front office staff. very unhelpful and unprofessional. they are so unwelcoming as acted as if guests are staying free of charge. it seems like sheets were not cleaned in btw guests. damaged taps. No empty trash bags or soap.

Positives: Location is nice, 2 blocks from North beach

Negatives: Facilities were very dirty. We called the staff since the first day to clean the room. We got two apartments, and the stove was dirty. There was a piece of wood with nails under one of the beds. We stayed from the 15 to the 20 of November, and our towels for the bathroom were never changed, even after we asked multiple times. Even the couch and ottoman were full of sand and dust, I dont think they cleaned between different guestes. Staff kept ignoring us, and they said that they couldn't clean the room because there was a dog inside (our room was empty, they just forgot probably). There was not even a broom in any of the two apartments or basic things to clean, like a sponge for the sink, etc. We called the Facilities and also went in person multiple times to the main office to point out the situation to them. They kept "promising" the room would be serviced, but of course, they didn't. The last day at the checkout we spoke with the manager and told about the complain and the situation: she said that she could do anything about and she didn't know about the situation, we should have look for her before! I really feel like they steal our money (again, we got two different apartaments). Worst facility ever saw, and for sure, I do not advise anyone to go there.

Positives: The room was perfect. The location was perfect. One block away from the beach. 10/15 mins from everything. I ended up extending my stay 3 times ! I couldn't leave! I had a suite with full on kitchen stove fridge everything . The staff was amazing nice . Even the young man with the strong accent. Loved him too bad I couldnt get his name !
