Positives:
The location is good and the rooms are clean. The view from the rooftop is nice and has a pool. They person at the recpeption when we arrived on 12 Sept evening was realy nice and helpful.
Negatives:
The Valet Service at this hotel is realy bad, dropping of the car we had to wait 30 minutes until somebody came and even then gave us a attitude as if it was our fault. When we wanted to take the car, same story, be ready to wait 30 minutes and even longer! And all of this valet chaos costs you 45 USD per night! If you have a non-us phone you need to always ask the reception to call the valet guy, it does not work with non-us phones. Arriving at the hotel you barely find the entrance, and its very confusing to find the reception. I dont know who built this hotel but we could hear people walking on top uf us until 2am, also one side of the bed was broken and had a bump. Some of the staff was realy rude and giving us a bad vibe, especially the guy on friday 13 sept night. Overall the price did not reflect our experience in this hotel! 10 Days after our stay the hotel still holds a 300 USD reservation on my credit card?!?

King Studio room was updated, clean and comfortable. Bed was very comfy. Black out blinds and no street noise. The sundeck by the pool, overlooking Ocean Dr. is a great spot for sunrise.

The location was perfect a little off from the excitement of Ocean Drive street. The room was excellent it was like being in a apartment, 2 bedrooms a living room and a kitchen. The beach was across the street. The pool was great, nice and quiet.
