We were extremely impressed with our experience at this hotel, the staff was friendly and attentive to our needs and the room upgrade was a delightful surprise that made our stay unforgettable. The view from the room was wonderful and we even had a private terrace.
This hotel has an excellent location and provides complimentary bicycles for guests to explore more easily and enjoy local attractions.
We will definitely return here in the future and highly recommend it to other travelers.

The hotel is renovating and the noise is unbearable. The floor was literally shaking.
When I asked if I could move to a different room I was told that they are all very loud and there's nothing they could do.
I would at least expect them to tell me in advance so I wouldn't have checked in in the first place, or some discount for the 450 usd per night that I paid for a room I couldn't enjoy.

William and all the staff people are very nice and helpful, very smiley and willing to give you any information you might need during your stay.
The hotel is perfectly located on ocean drive and just one min walk from the beach, restaurants, coffees, bars and the famous Miami Beach picturing place.
Beautiful view from the rooftop pool and well decorated.
They give you beach towels if you need it and the chairs as well you can carry on the back.
There is a balcony at the lobby room too.
The apartment/room we had was very clean and with the necessary amenities.
Negatives:
The hotel is well located on ocean drive which is a famous avenue so do expect some noises as well during the night.
The room we had was very dark since the view was on another building, we couldn't really enjoy the balcony.
