Positives: This is my favourite hotel in Miami. The atmosphere is very chilled, relaxed and trendy. The rooms are very modern, the beds are the best ever. Bathrooms are lovely. The hotel has everything one needs; nice pool area, great beach and options to eat and drink at the bar och restaurants. The staff at the entrance were constantly very friendly and helpful. Same goes for the staff at the restaurant, bar and most staff at the front office.

Negatives: When checking out we were met by an unfriendly and impatient person who was not going to show the bill at first just asked of the full amount of money. Then when we noticed mistakes in the bill he got impatient and next to rude. Such a shame and pity as all other staff were lovely and so helpful and it was a wonderful stay apart from the last encounter.

Negatives: The hotel was so dirty and the amenities weren't like booking photos. The "playroom" were two ping pong tables in the middle of a parking, outside (so ofc without A/C) It doesn't have beach service (and booking say it has) , you have to paid for one apart in the beach, like from other company, the hotel didn't have, included or paid, they didn't. The breakfast wasn't tasty, and also the cafeteria was SO dirty.

Negatives: Cleanless, dirty, old facilities, bad odour in tne corridor and lonby, not attentive staff, not clear instructions and guideliness from staff, blocking of entry cards because of little overspend (by the way despite the card has been charged for additional costs message from Reception that we need to settle the bill before unblocking door, disgusting carpet inside the elevator
