Positives: Great location. Friendly staff. Our cruise ship was late to dock and they allowed us to store our luggage and hang around the courtyard and bar area all day.

Negatives: The pictures make the rooms look way bigger and fancier than they are. The bathroom was tiny. Our bed was uncomfortable and our room was hot.

Negatives: Elevator was smelly. Called front desk to have sheets and blanket brought up for pull out couch. Was delivered one flat sheet and a cover that had stains.

Positives: the free complementary bikes and the room was very spacious clean and modern. the restaurant staff were great polite and attentive. the location was absolutely amazing

Negatives: the receptionist was rude and unhelpful when we arrived and we was left for a very long time before we was greeted. she was very abrupt and we felt unwelcome we only stayed for one night and paid a lot of money there was no pool area or coffee facilities in the room
