The location is excellent, the bed was comfortable, the room was reasonably clean, although the pool area was not.
Negatives:
They refuse to look after luggage before check-in or after check-out. The two members of staff I spoke to weren't quite rude, but fairly close. The restaurant (Taco Taco) took two lots of $25 as a "pre-authorised deposit", which has never returned despite paying the bill at the time, and requesting the money is refunded to me four times. This is now raised as a dispute with my bank, as even the "Food and Beverage director" refuses to help me.

My first room when I checked in was not clean,it was smelly, there were dead bugs all over the bed and live ones crawling, the bathroom was unkept and the floor wasn’t clean. the second room they gave me had someone’s left overs in the refrigerator and the bathroom wasn’t clean. We had no rags in the room we had to call for them. The pool area wasn’t clean. The staff was nice but the hotel was unkept. I also had to have my sheets changed because they were stained. The water in the shower kept backing up during a shower. Upon checking out I left my bags behind the bar as per a front desk agent while I went to get food before my departure. Not until I got home I realized that a few items were missing. I called the front desk to inquire about and was told they would call me back. I never received a call back.
