Negatives: Extractor in toilet was very noisy if the light was on. There was no plug sockets except in bathroom, unless you unplugged bedside lamp. Tv did not work and there was no remote. Door did not fit in frame properly at the top. It wasn’t the cleanest but was ok.

Negatives: The smell in the taco hotel . The one with the roof top pool . It was awful . It smells like dirty old mop . I would never eat at the restaurant . It’s needs to be some kinda sports channel on the hotel room tv’s too

Negatives: This was our fifth stay at this hotel. We stayed here four times between 2013 and 2017. There will not be another time... This used to be a cool hotel with a friendly atmosphere with a unique setup of hotel, club and restaurant. Cons Room Room was quite worn, loose and broken floortiles in the bathroom. Shower water leaking out on bathroom floor. No hooks/hangers in bathroom. Broken/worn out wardrobe. No luggage storage The hotel does not have the room for luggage storage after you have checked out, not even for an hour. I think this is a basic service for guests that have late departures. Cleaning Cleaning every third day due to "environmental" reasons, once they did "clean" the floors were still uncleaned, wet towels left on the floor. Wifi 2024 and their wifi sucks. It's sad that a hotel that once was so nice now only do the bare minimum for guests, sad...

Negatives: I didn’t like how the pool closed so early and I lost my watch at the pool and I looked for my watch on my phone and it was only 20 minutos away from the hotel so it was kind of weird to me because the person who had it had to be local bc the location never changed so it Me believe someone who worked at the hotel had my watch.

Negatives: Stayed 4 nights. Room cleaning was available on day 3. Called twice, morning and night and they never came. Also In closet there were cockroaches. Took some video. Shower only had hot water couldn’t even regulate it.

Negatives: That loud music coming from Bristo the first night into the morning was crazy HOWEver My room was immediately changed and I think upgraded no charge

Negatives: Bathroom ceiling cover fell while using the bathroom Big hole punch in the room 1314 Shower window opens but no screen so anyone can see you shower.

Negatives: When we moved in the rooms were absolutely filthy. The bed sheets had not been changed and were covered in make up stains. There were used towels in the closet left by previous guests. There were long black hairs everywhere on the floor and crumbs under the tables. The room smelt stale and it was overall just filthy. We asked the staff to call house keeping and clean the room, and left for the day. We came back 3/4hours later and nothing had been cleaned. We had to go ask another 2 times for house keeping to finally show up. Even then they still did a terrible job, bedsheets weren’t changed etc. Fianlly, the WIFI. The WiFi was so unstable half way through our stay I gave up trying to use it and just switched my phone off. It would never reach full bars, wouldn’t load in certain areas of our room and would always disconnect from mine and my friends phones. This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I understand that you get what you pay for and prices here are cheap, but that doesn’t mean that you have to sacrifice cleanliness to save a few dollars. Wouldn’t recommend staying here if I were you.
