Negatives: I had no hot water for 2 days couldn’t take a shower had to pay 120.00 to take a shower somewhere else because we had no hot water. Didn’t have air conditioning for 12 hours told staff didn’t do anything didn’t even offer a discount

Negatives: There is not a convient ice machine, they only give you 2 wash clothes, 2 towels, no hand towels, no trash can, no shower curtain that can keep the water from being everywhere, no complimentary cups.

Negatives: Roaches!!! Heard a guy talking about the hotel had roaches prior to checking in. Once my family got situated in room we saw 3 roaches, 1 crawling near back of fridge and 1 on floor and 1 crawling up near end of bed.

Positives: Room was decent sized, much larger than other South Beach hotels like The Goodtime Hotel.

Negatives: The elevator is tiny and clunky. Staff is not as friendly as other hotels in Miami Beach.
