The staff was wonderful and made us feel right at home.

The location of the hotel was perfect, rooms were top tier and comfortable, had a private pool, was able to provide towels for it and also able to provide chairs and towels for the pool. Had reasonable valet pricing, restaurant with room service and a bar at the pool.

Great location, beach one block down, 24 hour restaurant across the street, and liquor and other stores in walking distance. The room was nice, the bed and pillows were comfortable and soft. The whole hotel and room was very clean. They gave me a glass of champagne, that was very unexpected. The room had a refrigerator, an iron, and a mini bar.

My only negative is the lighting in the bathroom. It is very dim. It's hard to do your make-up. Please get better lighting in the bathroom.

location was good, the rooms are really small and not comfortable at all, really dark. The swimming pool is and stuff really nice and helpful. I will not come back next time I will be in South Beach. Valet available for 45 for a day. they provide 2 chairs on the beach but if you want an umbrella it's 21$ per day, which is no bad for being in South beach.
