That there were four bathrooms in our suite which made it very helpful we had four people to get ready for four days of events. The view and how close it was to the beach at half the price.
Negatives:
The sofa was disgusting with stains and the showers needed to be fixed up a bit they looked dirty from wear and tear.Unfortunately we left an electronic device behind that housekeeping should have turned in and didn’t. I have a tracker on it and could see it but It took three days of calling and getting different answers to when I would be able to speak to the supervisor. I was told “he is the only one to help me.”after three days I got a response that they spoke to housekeeping and no one saw it. but I was welcome to call the authorities and if they needed documentation. I live over over 2,000 miles away and they know it. The time effort and energy for a response was exhausting. It seems only one person can help you in the whole hotel. Very frustrating!!!

the parking was flooded so was refused to park on premises, and was raining so bad that water was to my knees got told that i can’t leave the car there and have to find a parking lot. Also the Elevator didn’t work.

The property was really nice but when we checked into our room found hair in the bathroom and a toilet full of stool. We were switched to a different one that also had hair in the bathroom. The shampoo and body gel was terrible. The staff were also very rude and did not have good customer service.
