not one time before or during the stay did the West side ever pick up a phone call. The AC did not work in our room the entire time and they could not fix it and they did not do anything for us to reduce the cost of the room. The beach staff were also very rude. food very overpriced

Beautiful and clean. Beach access with chairs and umbrellas. Lots of pools and hot tubs.

My credit card was charged twice for the stay and it took me a week to get a real person on the phone to credit my credit card back the duplicate charge.
