Disappointing
Positives:
Great location, with a beautiful beach.
Staff is very friendly and helpful.
The kids spent hours in the pool and enjoyed it a lot.
Negatives:
The AC is really noisy, it's hard to sleep with the AC on.
Some of the equipment in the fitness center is missing parts or not working at all.

Location to everything we needed. Restaurants, grocery, pharmacy, Starbucks. All right there. The beach was also fabulous.

Pools were small and too hot. The pillows were terrible. And lots of service fees.

The room was dirty, the water in the shower did not drain, it flowed straight into the room. The room was cleaned every day, but the floors didn’t seem to be washed.

Beautiful location, beautiful pool had pool boys Beach boys that would bring you drinks and food. It was great.
Negatives:
They charged you for every single little thing. My drinks were 30+ dollars for a single drink. It was insane. I literally for one night spent almost 1000 bucks.

Positives:
The property has a good location and the amenities are good, however, the stuff, the service, the cleaning and the rooms are TERRIBLE
Negatives:
The room has problems with AC (which after couple calls they were able to fix)
The main bathroom was horrible and disgusting. The water was constantly coming out from the shower and the sink didn’t have a good draining system. The tap will splash water by everywhere and it made a huge pond.
All the toiletries were wet.
I called so many times and also asked them in person to fix it or change us the room, but they weren’t very responsive or proactive.
I understand weekends are busy but they don’t care about customers, they don’t make their stay pleasant.
I won’t recommend this hotel

Bad service, bad room, unenjoyable...
Positives:
Beautiful hotel, and a great location with a rooftop pool that overlooks the ocean
Negatives:
The restaurant was a huge disappointment. From the aloof manager that we had to flag down in order to get a seat, to the new server who is completely overwhelmed, to the so so food. It was a 1:30 quick lunch that wouldve been better enjoyed elsewhere.

Over expensive hotel, dirty rooms!!,no free bottle of water, so so restaurant downstairs and tooons of “black/long skirts” around,which makes you feel uncomfortable with ur black bikini at the beach.
