Beautiful hotel, and a great location with a rooftop pool that overlooks the ocean
Negatives:
The restaurant was a huge disappointment. From the aloof manager that we had to flag down in order to get a seat, to the new server who is completely overwhelmed, to the so so food. It was a 1:30 quick lunch that wouldve been better enjoyed elsewhere.

The room was very large and very upscale I was pleasantly surprised with the fact that it was really such a lovely facility. Beach chairs pink, so it is very easy to find it on a beach walk.
The area has many restaurants and shops only a half a block away, including aesthetic services, nail bar, etc. it was extremely convenient for a one night stay and a day in Miami on route to Brazil. I was very happy with my choice.
Negatives:
They include a tip on the bill and then leave a line for tip so I didnt realize I was tipping on the tip which was annoying and they need to address it.
I understand they do this, because there are many different visitors who may not realize that a tip is expected but unfair to travellers whos are not paying close attention and are not a custom to seeing this already included.

Very understaffed. We left something in our hotel room after checkout and we went to the front desk right away and were disregarded for a full day and pushed off from person to person. It is apparent that housekeeping took the shirts that we accidentally left in the closet.
