Between Saturday, Jul 13th, 2024 at midnight and Tuesday, Jul 16th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Tuesday, Jul 16th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Jul 16, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Positives: The hotel is very centrally located at south beach with only a few minutes walk to the beach or to lincoln road. It had a nice pool and sunbeds to relax on. The room had a good size with comfortable beds. The staff were nice and welcoming.

Positives: Hyatt location is good, Front desk 3 girls and the garage attendant were very nice. Thank you to them.

Negatives: Breakfast ordered omelettes came with bacon, had to send it back as had specified no Bacon. Other one came in 5 min cold. Looked like, someone just picked up the bscon and sent it back. Not happy with the service or food, room service did the bed and changed towels. Did not clean the floor or anywhere else. Did not replace toiletries, no soap on washbasin, no lotions or anything.
