We heard everything outside and the neighboring rooms and the hallway.

The location was great, the staff was very friendly and helpful! Caroline at the front desk was super helpful! I was celebrating my birthday and she sent a very nice amenity and note. The pool staff was excellent!
Negatives:
The property was well maintained and clean. It is an older art deco building that has been renovated recently. We reserved a room with a terrace and on the website it appears to be a private terrace, however, we shared a terrace with two other rooms and it was divided by plants. Other than that, the property is acceptable.

Hotel's location is excellent. It has everything to be perfect.
Negatives:
Poor was in refurbishment - planned refurbishment. The information received by booking few days before (when we were already travelling without way to rebook another hotel) - was that is was due to weather. But pool as closed and fitness center too. So the hotel vibe was dead. it was 40 degrees and no pool. Check to the closures and small prints before booking. Staff said "sorry" it is the low season (40 degrees), but pool will be open Thursday. It didn´t. Rooms are "old" and floor is tilted. Cabinet drawers open as you walk through the floor.... weird.
