The elevator is out of service during my four nights staying.

This property is my go to when I come to Miami the staff is great. The location is perfect. I have been to this property a few times already and every time we leave with the best memories!

My only dislike is the small bathrooms and I feel like the tub in the rooms can be updated.

Facility did a great job with cleanliness. Thank also liked how they brought out wine and food right around the time people are checking in.
Negatives:
Bathrooms were incredibly small and difficult to shower in. The room was too noisy at all hours of the day and night. Hotel did nothing to accommodate on the first night. When we complained the second night is when they finally offered meaningful solutions. We decided to check out early. They were aware that it was my wedding anniversary and did not go out of their way to apologize.
