Positives: very friendly and helpful staff. the locaiton and value of the place is great, right next to Ocean drive and the beach. shops, restaurants, bars all nearby. beach towels provided.

Negatives: some of the rooms need renewing eg. flooring, doors, TVs. questionable cleaning quality. however trash and towels were replaced every day.
