We first arrived to the room & the bathroom was not clean & dirty fold towels were folded in the bathroom as if they were clean, no wash clothes available, and urine that was all over the toilet seat.

The location is good, we stayed in a 2bedroom and it was comfortable big enough
Negatives:
It is very noisy. There is a trash place behind the building and there was always noise, people talking all over the night. I woke up at least 4-5 times till morning and in the end i gave up at 7 am!

Location was great! Walking distance to Ocean drive and the beach! The suite was awesome!

Cleaning crew needs to do better. Stove was not clean and hair in the shower. Pest control needed! Black gnats (or some kind of flying insects) in the bathroom the entire stay. Last day we saw two enormous cock roaches. The suite was right behind an Ocean drive restaurant which had dumpsters in the shared alleyway. This could have also contributed to the pests!! Very noisy from folks in the alley and trucks delivering product or emptying the dumpsters early mornings!!

very friendly and helpful staff. the locaiton and value of the place is great, right next to Ocean drive and the beach. shops, restaurants, bars all nearby. beach towels provided.
Negatives:
some of the rooms need renewing eg. flooring, doors, TVs. questionable cleaning quality. however trash and towels were replaced every day.
