Positives: The staff was very kind and upbeat.

Negatives: The cleanliness of my room was not up to par . There were footsteps throughout the shower that looked like dirt. In addition there were several strands of hair underneath the bed and throughout the bed . Lastly there was a house keeping cart stationary outside my room the entire stay .

Positives: The decor was very artistic and gave a riviera feel. The front desk staff were exceptionally pleasant and eager to help or answer any questions.

Negatives: Shower had hair in it. Like a clump of hair in the drain so in my opinion it couldn’t have been cleaned thoroughly for that to have been missed. Makes me wonder how thorough the rest of the room was cleaned. Hotel offers beverages, snacks, mini bar in room. Most times there is a free but this hotel charged $25 per item. That’s insane. Not to mention there was a mini fridge which they loaded up with their high priced items leaving no room for your cold items (that is unless you take theirs out). THERE IS NO MICROWAVE which in 2024 should be outlawed. Apparently there are certain rooms which come with a microwave and the suite is the option. No where on the site does it explain that. Moreover there is no telephone in the room. That’s a safety hazard. And another amenity apparently depending on the style of room you get. All in all I booked a 2 night stay at $94 a night and it wasn’t worth a penny more. Pool at the next building, beach towel but no beach chairs and a host of rules for a lackluster stay.
