Negatives: When we have arrived their whole system was down apparently that happens every day from 1 am until 3:30 am and they will not give you keys to the room until you pay the deposit fee .( i was there until 4 am and the system wasn’t working even by then ) .When we agreed on cash deposit their machine to get cash froze and didn’t work at all with my card stuck in it . So I had to go all the way to other bank. One employee was ok otherwise other ones doesn’t speak English at all or are super unfriendly. As a suggestion if you want people to come and return then learn how to smile at least and be more friendlier also dress like you are working in a hotel because I couldn’t tell who is working there and who is not . Also they have super confusing signs on their property parking lot . There is a scam going on in Miami they will tow your car from there even if you paid ticket and have example 10 min left . I am sure there is one employee connected to the towing company and do some shady business. The towing company will charge you 450$ for 15 min to get your car back . (We called the cops and even they said that rental cars are being targeted)!!!! And that this company is very popular who tows cars even illegally as they know that tourists will not have time to go to the court and pay the fee . Also they will only ask for money order or cash . So please park at the public library and don’t even try to pay for ticket at their property because you may get towed anyway . Also their rooms are apartments , there is lots of space and it’s huge ! That’s the only positive thing about the whole stay over there . Rooms were ok cleaned. The bedding had some spots on it and the bathrooms are very old so the bathtub looked very dirty but it was probably just old .

Negatives: Reception check in desk was not in our hotel Was not informed about this and had to walk to another place with heavy luggage

Negatives: Late check in

Negatives: You have to walk and wait for accommodation there’s no parking guaranteed

Negatives: I enjoyed my stay. I liked that the rooms had a whole kitchen with pots and pans and silverware without charging extra. The rooms were spacious.

Negatives: No house keeping no wash cloths no towels roaches

Negatives: There was nowhare to seat, just the bed
