Positives: The gentleman at the register was a delight!

Negatives: On December 14th the cleaning staff decided to wash the outside of our room and that included spraying water on the window that woke us up and then spraying the outside of the room which caused water to intrude under the door so the floor was wet. Water on tile is not a safe situation! NOT RESTFUL!

Positives: The location is perfect, near the beach and near grocery stores, restaurants, bakery, drugstore perfect for family trip.

Negatives: I stayed on this property in 2016, they definitely need some renovation, the furniture was beaten, the shower didn’t have a great hot water. They had cleaners only every 3 days.

Positives: room was spacey, I was able to work from there easily. plenty of restaurants and stores blocks away. easy uber pickup due to being close to bridge. great price, gate was always open but it shouldnt have been for safety.

Negatives: I am assuming automated message after booking takes me to Waterside hotel, which is blocks away, and they were not nice, because apparently they get people all of time. then to have tp drag my luggage on the street to find was annoying. once I found it, there were quite a few people there, and I ended up being late to an event I needed to attend.
