Positives: Property was close to the Beach and many Restaurants. Happy Hour offered was enjoyable. The room size was great and there was good availability of parking.

Negatives: Mattress was a little soft. Probably needs replacing soon. Air Conditioner in bed room worked but was making noises beyond that of normal operation. Probably in need of Maintenance.

Positives: The location is great, few steps from the beach. Nice area around with restaurants and shops walkable distance (including Public) if you want.

Negatives: The room was dirty, the floor was not cleaned at all! We had totally dirty and black feet's from the floor, and some places it was unswapped also. Very unoleasent. The rooms does not look on the reality as on the pictures. The rooms are darkish, not bright and nice and clean and modern as on the pictures. It does not correspond what is on the cosy pictures. Floor dostroyed. There was not a nice smell in the room. Only two towels provided. TV was not working (remote controller not working, and no smart tv functions)

Negatives: had to go to another building to check in, was using Uber so that was inconvenient, no ice machine in the building we were in and the TV didn't work sometimes!
