Negatives: Needed better cheese at breakfast

Negatives: Paid to get a room with Stovetop (for kids meals) but room did not have it. Extremely dirty balcony like some animal pissed or pooped all over it. Hundreds of Tiny insects got inside my laptop and bags. Hazardous for Kids. Housefly sitting on the Salad in the complimentary breakfast. Valet Parking guys scratched my rental Car. Had a free shuttle to the beach but upon return they made us stand for more than an hour by telling us that they don’t have enough space and will come back in 15 mins ( need to have a bigger or more shuttles ) but kept us waiting for more than an hour. This was a very overpriced hotel for the kind of facilities we got.

Negatives: Receptionist was very rude on arrival. We booked a room with breakfast included for the 3 of us and she kept saying that only 2 could have breakfast, hotel policy and if we didn't like it we had to deal with Booking.com ourselves to resolve it. She then said to speak to a manager in the morning but reiterated breakfast was only for two people. This was a Friday night, we respected the Sabbath and went to speak to the manager on Monday morning. A different receptionist was there and when we asked for the manager she was also very rude and said, literally "The manager is not here, I don't know were he is and no idea when he will be back. But what is the problem?" I started saying that we had spoken about the breakfast with the receptionist on Friday evening and as soon as she heard breakfast she went into defensive mode, not listening to anything else and started almost shouting: "so you have a problem with the kosher breakfast (which to be honest it was not good and I do think it should be clear on Booking.com the way the hotel works, but that was not the point and nor our problem either) and you want to complaint, don't you?. When she finally let me speak and explain that we did not want to complaint or speak about the kosher breakfast, she just very dismissively said that the reservation was for 3 people and all of them with breakfast and that we could go and have it. The breakfast room was always chaotic.

Negatives: Some construction by water.

Negatives: booked suite with sofa bed, no sofa bed, had to get roll around bed

Negatives: The price change. 100$ off the next day.

Negatives: The breakfast could’ve been better

Negatives: Location is far away from the nice places of Miami.

Negatives: The service was horrible and I was racially profiled in my opinion! Upon arrival, I was told they did not have any rooms available even though I had already paid for and booked a Delux King room. The front desk assistant had my reservation and the confirmation but still insisted there were no rooms available! After calling Booking and complaining to the hotel staff, the hotel magically found a room. I did not get the room I paid for but received a lesser room for the same amount, absolutely unacceptable! The hotel took advantage of customers who were forced to stay the night because the Miami airport canceled a lot of flights! The hotel raised their prices to over $800 a room when their normal price for the same room is usually $323.00 a night!!!

Negatives: The swimming pool photos show a cabana but the cabana is rented for $100 for a 4 hour period. Nobody told us that. They offer kayaks but they were full of water and trhere was nobody avialçable to clean them. The restaurant display was akward with an egg and omelet station posted in the way, not allowing space for the people to move freely. The hotel is advertised as jewish but I did not know they were orthodox. During the friday/saturday shabbat period they shut down one elevator leaving only one for guests and staff!!! I could hear everything of the communicating room beside us. The orthodox jews don't look you in the eye and pretend you do not exist. Children are loud and with no manners. Things at breakfast simply "ended" and there was no reposition. No orange juice, no coffee cups, etc.
