The room I paid for was to include a balcony, but I wasn't given one. The pictures also suggested the room was much bigger than it already was. Finding parking was a challenge at first, it wasn't straight forward and instructions before arrival would help

Hotel was fun. It was Art Week so the hotel had set up a miniature art fair inside the lobby with a DJ. The pool is heated and clean with flamingo floats. Lots of areas to relax by the pool, the outside bar, the inside bar, and the lobby.
Negatives:
They did not have my reservation or confirmation number on file. Luckily they had a comparable room available. Their valet manager was grumpy and confusing.
Negatives:
when we arrived at noon & they refused to let anyone check in until 4pm. My sister-in-law spent the entire day in the lobby waiting from 8am-4pm. The lobby had over 50 guests waiting and looked like a homeless shelter. Our room was also terrible.

The bed was super comfortable
Negatives:
When we arrived, The shower was leaking and there were all kinds of towels laying in the shower so we werent sure if the shower had been cleaned or not.
Also they wouldnt let me use my honors # because I had put the room in my husbands name. I find that just silly.

The staff at the reception was very polite, friendly and nice. I got earlier check in than expected and the room exactly as booked and described.
Negatives:
I would prefer a bathroom that is properly separated from the rest of the room, the toilet sliding door wouldnt close fully and if one person is using the toilet, the other cannot take shower.
