This hotel has such a cute aesthetic and it's close to everything which is perfect.
Negatives:
I booked the hotel for $550 on booking; my card was charged $661.
I arrived Friday. The day after I got there (Saturday), they charged my card an additional $481. They stated it was "for amenities that I may POTENTIALLY use. If I don't use any of the amenities, then $300 will be refunded". The way they went about charging that price was absurd and felt like a scam, they made sure not to specify that process beforehand. Mind you, this was my first solo trip. So, if I didn't go with it, I would have been without a room for the four nights I'm there. $481 is a lot to randomly charge someone; imagine if that was all the money I had left on me for my trip? I also didn't receive that confirmation of my refund in any email or paperwork, only word of mouth. It's now 1 day I've been back from my trip and no refund yet. Everything was fine except that, so be careful.

The people were very friendly. They did a great job of keeping staff members available. They attempted to keep up all the facilities. I do not recommend anyone to stay here. They mislead me with their prices.

The wifi never worked on any of our phones. The price I was quoted ($540.00) was not the price I paid ($998.00). If the total price was going to be $998.00, they should have listed that total price from the beginning. I didn't find out about the $998.00 price until I got to Miami. I made this very clear to the people at the front desk, but they knew it was too late for me to find somewhere else to stay. I promise you that you will never get another penny of my money or anyone I contact.
