The pool area and having the option of a cabana or lounge chair

The location was fantastic and the chairs and towels on the beach were a great perk.
Negatives:
Don't expect any amenities. I tried 3 times, phone calls and emails starting a month before the trip, to get a bottle of champagne in the room upon arrival to celebrate our anniversary. No coffee maker and sub par coffee at the restaurant.

Bad oder in room and room service kept knocking on door and too much for valet parking 40 dollars a day and 150 deposit hold on account after paying--- dollars. Nice area but too much for deposit and valet parking

the breakfast experience was a bit stressful and less than desirable when communicating with the counter staff to get our order corectly each day. but the atmosphere was pleasant. Hotel was nice but not quite four-star we had anticipated.

The hotel feels new and the pool is very nice! I would stay here again depending on the price. I want to try the restaurant next time!
Negatives:
This feels like a 3 star hotel, not 3.5. I always search the beds for bugs and I found a bug on the base, not exactly sure what it was.
