Negatives: They charge for the parking and it has only stairs, no elevators.

Negatives: For heath problem I was unable to complete the reservation and the facility didn't refund my money. Also Booking tell me that they will be contacting them and I still waiting for.

Negatives: No clothes hangers were provided, the carpet from the two rooms were very dirty and if you walked barefoot just a few steps your feet would get very dirty. The breakfast is OK for the price but the variety could be better. The quality of what is provided is really very good however. Whilst showering the bathroom gets very wet because the glass protection/division is not very large and water spills out of the shower compartment. Parking is complimentary at 15usd per day.

Negatives: I'm shocked. First time it happened to me. My winter jacket and hoodie were stolen from the room. Then hoodie was damped in the lobby (was not good enough?). I'm not the person to throw out an accusation like this easily. But the management should try to get that bad apple and get rid of it.

Negatives: Noisy engine during the night. No beautiful view

Negatives: No pool

Negatives: Although the staff were sensational the over all visit was below expectations. I needed the wheelchair lift and it was broken. I was there for 9 days and still this could not be fixed. The beds were horrible. For the price of $200 a night I expected a hot breakfast not toast and cereal. A pool would of been great to see, the view was horrible I looked at a parking lot and a garage, the otherside is a view of the road not what expected being on an island.

Negatives: - Outdated hotel, old rooms, small and old bathrooms - Windows are dirty, kind of rusty, with a view on a parking lot - Neighbors were loud and smoking in the room. - In Europe this would be a 2 star hotel - Totally overpriced at 300 dollars per night

Negatives: Some people may find the air condition noise outside a little bit disturbing, but it didn't bother us at all. We really enjoyed the hotel.

Negatives: They allow people to smoke cigarettes and cigars just outside the front entrance in a seating area. Not pleasant smell when you go out in the mornings for a walk or to have a cup of copy. When the wind blew it made the front lobby smells like cigarettes.

Negatives: Stay away from this property. Can't resolve a simple problem. Unresponsive management. They don't even bother replying to booking.com. Terrible customer service. Noisy room. Did not even stay for included breakfast, we left as soon as possible. Will involve authorities.
