The fact my deposit was never returned and when I called you to ask about it I was hung up on!
The price of parking was changed from $25 to $50 right in my face!

-Upon checkin Sheets, pillows, and comforter had bodily fluid stains located on them
-one of the beds was broken
-the door was broke
-water pressure in the shower was horrible
After waiting 2 days they finally changed our room to a room that still had trash from the previous people who checked out.
- None of the outlets worked
-the refrigerator barely worked
-the sliding glass door wouldn’t lock so we had to constantly worry about being robbed or attacked due to the 1st floor balcony door not locking.
-we didn’t get much assistance from the several employees we were in touch with (I have names and will mention in all my other reviews)
And for the cherry on top I have been charged 3 different $50 charges after my stay with no explanation for why and unable to get ahold of the only people that can assist me at the front desk.
This was a nightmare..

Sometimes forget to clean the room
We received compensation for a long wait for the room at the check out two hours late and it became clear to us that we were charged 45$
