we had to switch rooms because the air conditioning was broken in the first room. we were late to dinner as the maintenance man was there trying to fix the ac it was 80 degrees in our room.
we switched rooms at midnight finally and room 402. the ac in that room did not reach below 74 degrees so if you are a hot sleeper beware of the air issues.
room 402 backs up to a maintenance and supply closet. employees are banging in the closet directly behind you head at 7 am. we did not get any sleep at this hotel. it was pretty awful. the price point is on par with what you get.
there were kids swimming in the pool with diapers on as well
the umbrellas at the pool are broken.

Love tge location! Right in that sweet spot thats walking diatance to Lincoln rd and the excitment that is SOBE yet north enough to not have the loudness .
Negatives:
Wish they would give you more than 2 towels.
