Positives: There are two and extremely bad property and a good property that’s a 15-20 minute walk away. Sizeable, clean room in a great location.

Negatives: The hotel manager. Read the Google reviews. I have an American Express card, which I booked the room with. I wasn’t allowed to check in, nor cancel the room. The check-in location are great front desk people, who are entirely controlled by this creep. Because of one location being bad, the hotel manager won’t let anyone out of their contract. People were complaining about a bad rotting smell, mold, etc.

Positives: Location wasn’t too bad. A street from the beach. But on the north end. Didn’t realise south end was the busier side with more options for food and entertainment of Miami Beach.

Negatives: Stairs to take luggage up and down. The room, although did its job, wasn’t very clean the floor was dirty when you’d walk on it. Benches not wiped down.

Positives: Location is very good, next to the beach, to a publix and easy to reach Miami beach downtown

Negatives: They should do a better job cleaning the room (supposed to be cleaned every 3 days). They just don't show up and don't do it, so we had to call/chase the cleaning staff after 3 days at the hotel for cleaning. After other 3 days, again the cleaning staff didn't show up. Maybe were we supposed to call every time? Not sure.
