Positives: Very close to the beach, you can borrow towels for the day. Lots of good restaurants nearby. Walkable everywhere. Did not seem to see any pests like cockroaches or ants during stay.

Negatives: The metal dresser/drawers has pieces coming out of it, can get hurt if little kids run into it and even adults. Water took a long time to get warm in shower and water kept coming out of the door.
