Positives:
Everyone from the valet parking, the front desk people ( George and Seth), the wait staff (loved Marco), the cleaning staff, and the pool person (Marcus was fantastic) was pleasant, knowledgable and super friendly. The facility was very clean and was cleaned continuously. The location is unbeatable. The parrots who visited our patios daily were a delight. We enjoyed each minute!

Our hot tub did not work. Hotel was a little dated but that was being repaired.

I loved the location. It’s near so much plus the beach
Negatives:
Before I arrived to the location I was told by somebody on the phone that the parking fee would be taking out of your deposit but no you had to pay separate. Which was 45 a day.
Then I got a penthouse room and my first room was filled with ants. And also they didn’t tell me that the hot tub jets didn’t work so basically you’re just outside sitting in hot water

No shade over hot tub as promised before I booked, dirty sticky floors, cigarette butts and hair on patio, other people’s clothes left under bed, no baggage carts available or help to deliver to rooms, no patio table or chairs as shown in video, the front desk lied and told me they had shade for the hot tub patio are before I booked and they refused to provide once checked in.
