Positives:
As a repeat guest, it was lovely to be acknowledged and welcomed back. Claudia and the rest of staff are always so accommodating. Already booked a night for my return trip. The room is spotless with nice dove amenities. And the bed is very comfy, great for a good night's rest before flying.
Negatives:
The restaurant next door looked great but it closes at 10pm, last orders are at 9.30. Perhaps for late checkins an exception could be made so guests are able to get a meal. Also for International guests with no US SIM, it's impossible to call on a landline to get the airport shuttle. Pls consider having what's app at front desk. The information desk at MIA has always been unmanned so can't get help there either.

Positives:
The location is convenient when flying out bc it's near the airport. Some familiar restaurants are within walking distance. There is also complimentary coffee that is good. Love that you need your key card to access the amenities on the property. Ensures safety.
Negatives:
Should consider complimentary breakfast. That would be good.
I didn't like that pets are allowed. It gives me the creeps to know that some allow pets to sleep in the beds. People are sensitive and have allergies to pet hair and dander.

Nice bed, bathtub in bathroom, soap, shampoo, conditioner and hairdryer in room.
Fridge and freezer in Room.
Airport shuttle from 6 am to 10.30 pm in a mini Van. They leave every 30 minutes.
I found a person that could Call and say which exit I was at. Otherwise difficult to meet. Big airport.

Shuttle until 10.30 (I arrived late evening).
The shop next to reception had mostly snacks and no fresh fruit or healty alternative.
No restaurant nearby.
Remote area - a bit like being on a Highway.
Elevator available with key. Can’t send your luggage up without a person.
Normally Noone to help with your luggage, but Security helped as I cannot take elevators. The stairs were nice and well made. The building has only 3 floors which is Good.

They had laundry, gym, pool, and a little store. The rooms were clean and spacious. We really were satisfied with our stay. Also, the staff was very nice especially a young lady working there, which I forgot her name but she was very helpful and respectful. : )
