I got here at 1pm and now that its 3:12pm, Im waiting in a 30 person line for an hour waiting to be able to check into my room. This service is HORRENDOUS and I never would have expected this from a Doubletree. HILTON: You must do something about this d

We waited over an hour to Checkin, the line was through the lobby and almost out the door. Ive never had such a bad experience checking in. There were 3 monitors at the desk but one of them seemed to be broken. The staff was rude instead of apologetic.

The airport shuttle is terrible. Tried calling the hotel 13 times to ask about shuttle and no one answered. Check in lady was rude and not friendly. There was black mold in shower.
