It was extremely busy and checking and check out was a long process. Any requests or complaints had to be submitted via telephone. Also our toilet was broken upon entering the room. Two visits from maintenances failed to fix it! No apology or compensation

I tried calling multiple times to the hotel while waiting for the shuttle and finally after multiple times they picked up. Also at the hotel I called multiple times again to find out what time the shuttle started in the morning and no one answered my call

Yes first they gave me a room that I didnt signed for it them we bitten by bed bug and for breakfast they took so long that we had to take it to go. I complaint about the bed bud they didnt have what sign. I was very mad

We waited over an hour to Checkin, the line was through the lobby and almost out the door. Ive never had such a bad experience checking in. There were 3 monitors at the desk but one of them seemed to be broken. The staff was rude instead of apologetic.
