Staff is exceptionally nice, helpful, smiling. Room is huge although it's showing its age. Breakfast offers delicious fruit. Really clean everywhere. Location very close to Dolphin Mall and International Mall. Excellent wifi if you pay for premium.
Negatives:
Definitely needs fixed and handheld shower heads, water pressure not great but maybe it's the old shower head. Room service ends up being expensive, better to eat at the restaurant.

Lovely hotel, very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately I was quite unwell in the morning with food poisoning (nothing eaten at hotel) and they allowed me to check out late at 2pm which was much appreciated.
Beds were super comfortable, huge room and TV, small but nice pool area and restaurant/bar area was very nice. A bit costly to get to from airport using taxi as We only stayed 1 night, location was close to 2 big shopping mall. Would stay again.
