Its cleanliness.
Negatives:
1. Poor shower and no shower soap/gel; 2. check in time is way too late, for flights coming into Miami in early morning; 3. staff is not friendly and cooperative enough--they seemed bored at all times, and did not make a single effort to help taking the luggage from storage into the bedroom or to inform guests upon deliveries; 4. lack of order in storing delivered goods--they insisted that my package had not arrived, when in fact it had arrived; 5. Upon having a late check-in, the least the hotel could do is provide complimentary breakfast for those showing up early due to flight schedules--they charged us for breakfast full price; 6. the bar shuts down too early--there is no social night life at the lobby or premises. I could go on.
