The breakfast and the pleasant bartender at the tea room.

The housekeeping service is unsatisfactory. A thorough cleaning could easily be achieved with a wet mop and appropriate cleaning supplies. The dust accumulation in the room was excessive. This is not my first experience with their housekeeping. Additionally, there are no lotions or coffee makers provided in the rooms. While it is a three-star hotel with commendable restaurants, it is more suitable for brief business trips. Guests may consider cleaning the room themselves. I think the hotel should hire a professional cleaning company. Bed pillow are awful uncomfortable.

What a fabulous hotel in a great location next to the Brickell shopping area! Wonderful start to finish from the reception area and a friendly welcome, through to the cool pool area and an amazing room with lots of great tech.
