Proximity to the airport and ability for the hotel to organize a pay shuttle to the port.
Negatives:
Had booked two double beds each time (stayed before and after cruise) and only a king was available both times. Needed an ironing board on the first stay (2nights). There was an iron but no board. Finally received one the morning we were leaving.

Positives:
They had restaurant onsite, hotel shuttle, free breakfast and shuttle to ports at a reasonable cost if you dont want to use Uber/Lift.
Negatives:
It's near or around the train tracks that ran during the night. I couldn't really get the hot water going in the shower. Not many other outlets around the hotel such as other restaurants. Shopping or convenient stores around.

Good sized room, reception was nice breakfast was delicious. On site cruise terminal shuttle service was very convenient.
