Size and comfort of the rooms. The check out process was very easy

Housekeeping was just okay; they never cleaned my room, and I didn't have the privacy sign on the door. Also, the room and rates that I booked with included early check in and late check out, however it was not honored by the hotel. That was very disappointing.

the pool had hot water, more than a jacuzzi, this is not normal! There are a lot of insects and midges in the pool area that bite! Parking for guests could have been free instead of $25. The reception staff is averagely responsive
