Only one elevator worked , they refused to give me two keys unless my husband gave his ID as well. Front desk was very rude upon check in. Parking lot was packed , hard to find somewhere to park. Overall a bad experience

The hotel facilities are inexistent. There are only 2 sofas in reception. Breakfast is just a coffee station with some muffins. It's very disappointing.
