Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

The Extended Stay America Miami is 10 minutes’ drive from Miami International Airport and the Art Deco District is 12 miles away. This hotel has an outdoor pool. Free grab-and-go breakfast including breakfast bars, muffins, hot cereal, coffee and tea is served every morning. Weekly housekeeping services are provided for free and daily provided for a fee. Towels and linen can be exchanged at the front desk. Every room is equipped with a kitchenette that includes a refrigerator and microwave. All rooms have bedding with colorful patterns, wood furnishings, and cable TV. A fitness center is on site at the Miami Springs Extended Stay as well as laundry facilities. Miami city center is 5 miles away and the beach is 15 minutes’ drive from this extended stay hotel. The Miami International Mall is less than 10 miles away.

I did not like the breakfast was included, but there was no breakfast it state after you booked they give you a paper stating that is breakfast to go. There was no orange shoes. There was no juices as stated there was only like four chocolate small muffins and coffee I asked to see if they had any more juices or anything else and they stated that they had nothing else so that was very upsetting. We were thinking we were gonna have a full breakfast included with Thursday, they should be more specific on

The outside area and entrance to the hotel are clean and lit up well at night. When you walk in you see that the lobby is clean. All the hotel staff were very professional, courteous, and nicely dressed. Good size rooms that were clean, bigger than usual refrigerator and microwave, sink and cabinets. Although dishes and utensils were not in the room, you could get them from the front desk. I thought the beds were comfortable. There is a free continental breakfast. It consists of strong coffee, packaged oatmeal, assorted muffins that were dry, and hard-boiled eggs. Plenty of parking. Close to the airport, making it a great location for an overnight stay or if you have a long layover. Bryson's, a local Irish pub, was within walking distance. The food was good-try the wings (delish), sauces and specials are homemade, they have happy hour, reasonable prices, friendly staff.

There was a sign stating the pool was closed, that wasn't clear for how long. The water pressure in the shower could have been a little better. No ice machine, but they do have ice cube trays to make ice in the room. Otherwise, there is a gas station near by.

I did not stay. Booking.coms quoted rate was not what Extended Stay America expected me to pay. I cancelled and went to the Sleep Inn next door.

Not happy with Booking.com or Extended Stay. Their pool was closed and no one at Booking.com answered my call, or the Customer Service employee's call.

Positives:
What breakfast? Kiddie size muffins and oatmeal packs is not breakfast. It was no yogurt, cereal, fruit, or anything of that matter. And why the pool was closed. Bed lamp didn’t work. Hair in tub. Overall, a waste of $200.

Breakfast options and the pool being opened. And proper cleaning of the bathroom. Please make sure your equipment works!
