Somehow we only turned up for breakfast within 2 minutes of it closing, no leeway that was it.
Still negotiating as I paid booking.com but the hotel have charged me for the stay. Room was changed on arrival but obviously the funds didn't get transferred across.

The only two things I like at this hotel are the staff and the location. The lady who checked us in around 1:30 in the morning was very polite and d friendly. She solved an issue that supposed to be avoided by the management.
Negatives:
The hotel was overbooked, which is I never understood. Why you sell rooms that already booked or reserved. The bathroom had roaches, the breakfast is very poor. The scrambled eggs with bacon is over the plain scrambled eggs. No one at the breakfast area to refill things or to ensure area is clean and not messy. The laundry machines were not working. I won’t recommend it.
