Positives: SOOOO upsetting. Drove 5 hours to come to a wedding. Freezing weekend & no hot water the ENTIRE WEEKEND. Spent a lot of money for a fancy wedding weekend & I could not even shower. They said they would accommodate & waited days on days to hear back from anyone. So so disappointing.
Negatives: You should not be open if your entire property has no hot water for days!

Positives: The room was fine. I didn't have much time there, so not much to be said.
Negatives: The shuttle service from the airport!! It took 50 minutes (yes, fifty!!) for the shuttle to pick us up. You clearly need more than one driver. No excuse for not providing better service at the point of first contact. You can bet I will not be staying at this location again, and I will think long and hard about other locations as well.

Negatives: The hotel had no hot water. After a long day traveling that’s the least you expect from a hotel. I had to book another hotel and move last minute.

Negatives: Room smelled musty and the breakfast line was a bit chaotic. Could've used some more seating for guests while eating breakfast.

Negatives: Good morning, I have just checked out of the hotel and it is unfortunate that during my stay I lost a gift bag, more than economic value, it has sentimental value for me, because it was handmade for my daughter. I would recommend having better control of the cleaning ladies, because the truth is that as tourists, I should not have everything closed in the room and be afraid that something could take the room. Until today my experience had been excellent, until they told me that there is no way to validate the information, practically casting doubt on the client's word. I came from the Dominican Republic to spend a vacation with my family and I have been left with this bitter pill and without a response from the hotel about this incident. I hope it can be resolved. Inside the gift bag was the following: 1. Hand Painted Jean Jacket USD; 41 2. Disney Tshirt USD 15 3. Lenses USD 10 4. Tutu skirt USD 20
