Parking expensive and small
There is no reception staff who speaks Spanish. Insufficient pool towels, they gave me 2 and there were 5 of us saying there weren't any.

The location is perfect!
Positives:
The room was big enough for our party of 6 but it was not very clean & the AC was not working. Was grossed out having to lay on the sofa bed - you can very much tell, they do not do much cleaning.
Update as of 6/4: The hotel stopped responding to emails and refuses to refund for the "room damage". Stay somewhere else - not worth the money!
Negatives:
The hotel charged me $240 for “room damage” saying the bed was broken, but the bed was already broken. The hotel has not gotten back to me about this. There was also mcdonalds under the bed as well as hair in the sheets. Bed was not comfortable at all. The area is not that nice. Spend this money to stay downtown.
