no instructions on the free shuttle provided before the stay. We received a lengthy message via booking about all the possible upgrades but no response about the free shuttle, not through booking, not via email when asked. Telephone was provided, but international customers don't neccessarily have US sim's upon arrival so calling is not an option. Rooms could be updated for this price.

efficient layover hotel
Positives:
Its location was convenient, airport shuttle was timely, we stayed one night before our cruise. There were plenty of options for dinner and easy access to buy wine for the cruise. Breakfast the next morning was delicious.

It was a pretty big room and was well equipped with everything we needed. Check-in was quick, and there's a free shuttle to the hotel we utilized.
Negatives:
The shower is a shower head and its not something you can move around. We're not used to it so it was an adjustment for us. We also saw some trail of ants going around some of our bags.

Very good location. Fairly good parking facility, tasteful breakfasts.
Negatives:
This building needs a renovation. Desperately. If you are looking for a place to sleep, better avoid this hotel. Everything in the room made horrible noise. Like really loud! Water in the pipes, air condition, fridge. I never experienced anything even simillar. The staff was not rude, but those people never smile. Maybe because they have to sleep in the hotel too.
