The hotel is in need of some tlc Some updates. The person who checked us in the first time was rude enough that I felt the need to mention it.

Very loud. Rooms are not soundproof, kids yelling and screaming in halls when we had to be up for an early flight. My own kids couldnt even sleep. Rooms are not ready on time during busy periods which left some frustration as well.

They had mimosas and cheese roll ups with the southwest sauce for you while you checked in. That was very nice. Also great that they had a coffee shop on with pastries and breakfast sandwiches.

Had only two individuals working the front desk to check people in, which took quite a while. The mimosa and appetizer did to help make the wait much more tolerable.

Dusty and dirty room. Bar/room service tried to rip me off by using my debit card without my permission. Fraudulent charges. My friend got sick off of the food at the Lagoon bar and was told that she was asking too much for some lemon and salt.
