The smell was horrible in the hotel and our room. We had long waits on the elevator. Only 2 small ones working. We traveled with a disabled person and scooter. Our room and the whole hotel were so hot. Our room was kind of clean, but smelled and was very hot.

The service, pool not working, the room had no towels and I called never came, didn’t shower till 3am after going down asking security to give me some towels because no one worked to desk, room phone was broken not working and called down after waiting on hold till 45 mins later, promised to come in morning never came
